Meals for Homebound Seniors
Grace Community Kitchen
Help prepare and deliver meals to homebound seniors in the Springfield area who can't cook for themselves.
Volunteer tutors needed to help elementary and middle school students with reading, math, and homework at our after-school program.
Hope Academy's after-school program serves 60 children from low-income families in East Austin. We need volunteer tutors to help students with reading, math, and homework completion.
Many of our students are 1-2 grade levels behind in reading and math. With consistent one-on-one or small group tutoring, we've seen students make dramatic improvements. But we need more volunteers to keep up with demand.
Work one-on-one or in small groups with students on homework, reading skills, or math concepts. Our staff will provide curriculum and support—you just need to show up ready to encourage and teach.
The program runs Monday through Thursday, 3:30-5:30 PM during the school year. We ask tutors to commit to at least one day per week for consistency.
We'll connect you with Hope Academy.
